What Is Love

Listen to "What Is Love" on Spreaker. If someone you love was sitting in front of you what would your words be if the subject of how and why it's lasted was brought up? I'm blessed with the opportunity to be with couples who've celebrated 15 to 65 years of marriage. And in that moment when they are asked about how it's lasted I'm endlessly amazed at how they look into each others eyes and barely bring words to the surface. That's because love is a connection of the soul. But inside this individualized world we've designed, the shattered story is how we take love and toss it out. Why is it some couples make it beyond ten thousand storms while others can't seem to collect their thoughts after a summer breeze? In January of 2016 I penned out a simple thought about love. Not because I'm a Dr. Phil expert but rather from the visions of being a silent watcher. We learn a lot by from the essence of hand holding and listening then we do when the only journey offered is do as I say.
