Kevin K DeBruin
Listen to "Kevin J DeBruin From Return To The Moon" on Spreaker.
To honor the incredible feat of July 20,1969, when Apollo 11 astronauts Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin became the first humans to land on the moon, the new 4K film Return to the Moon makes its world premiere on June 13 on CuriosityStream -- the award-winning streaming and on-demand destination from Discovery Channel founder John Hendricks. Return to the Moon not only shares the legacy of that momentous achievement, but looks ahead to today’s global sprint to take man back to the moon and the innovative technology needed to colonize and explore beyond it.
Former NASA Rocket Scientist Kevin J. DeBruin can discuss the current state of our space program, and how, in the coming decades, humans will colonize the moon and exploit resources like the game-changing power source Helium-3. Kevin can further discuss the space race between private companies such as SpaceX and Blue Origin, to global super powers China, Russia, the European Union and the United States and offer his thoughts on what the next several years will bring.
Kevin J. DeBruin, CuriosityStream’s Brand Ambassador for everything Space, is a former NASA Rocket Scientist, TEDx speaker, and space educator at events around the globe. Kevin worked as a Systems Engineer at NASA's Jet Propulsion Lab in Pasadena, CA, where he focused on the Europa Lander Mission Concept as a Flight Systems Engineer and more than 30 advanced missions concepts exploring the universe. Known as the ‘Fit Rocket Scientist,’ Kevin competed on the hit NBC-TV series American Ninja Warrior and is a certified personal trainer and former bodybuilder.
