Distance Versus Relationship

In an age of social networking and instant access of being accepted, there's still that invisible line that exists in the center of distance and relationship. You can be the smartest person in class and never utilize the importance of building a relationship with the knowledge shared. Workplaces endlessly put into play new ideas and plans to gain in the weight of building a stronger relationship with current and future clients. Do employees gravitate to the knowledge or just see it as being part of the job? I learned so much being a member of the iHeart Media production team. Instead of stopping in your everyday world with real experiences and challenges why not forgive first then attempt to understand. Remove the distance.
