Working Out The Echoes

Listen to "Caught Up In The Echo" on Spreaker. Radio station program directors always made it a point to ask their talent "Would you listen to yourself?" Not out of conceit but to place the thoughts of the creative on air talent in the very place the listen receives the talk over a song intro. Here in 2018 where broadcasting is a way of all for all people. Would you like reading your entries on social media? Could you be a fan or follower? I totally grasp why we post thoughts. Most are usually about the moment or would never pass company policy so you air your laundry via Twitter or Facebook. Which brings me to the question "What are you putting in the atmosphere that creates the echo?" Will what you are saying today become a huge part of your growing tomorrow? This has nothing to do with building a legacy. I believe we're all given lessons to learn from daily. What are you doing with yours? Are they seeds for a future harvest or is your field unprepared because there's too much change and nobody wants to waste time or energy on yesterdays fad.
