Too often we get lazy with old habits and statements without realizing that yesterday's news has nothing to do with tomorrows successes. Rather than beat around the bush. I take subjects and bend the pattern of expectation. Most people walk away. I laugh out loud. Being aware of your presence is a far more greater place to stand. Growing together means having equal time to share opposite ends of the experience stick. Learn to listen more. Everybody at the conference table has leadership in their soul.
