Painted Thoughts
Listen to "Painted Thoughts" on Spreaker.
We are collectors of painted thoughts. One minute on Facebook or Twitter and you'll see what I mean. All of those thoughts endlessly tossed into what will become our forward motion. Have you ever gone back one or two years to re-read your painted thoughts? Who were you in that moment and have you grown? Maybe it's not about growth but rather are you still just as vocal? I truly do look deeply into others people's posts that express how bad of a day or life they're having. I'm not judging. I'm just wondering how a person feels when paging back to that area. Physical pictures have the strength to recreate new ideas and expressions. But blasting a negative action in the present won't be as strong when you return way way down the path. Some say it doesn't matter. But it does. My Facebook re-posts other peoples moments from several months or years ago and those reading your action generates a reaction in our hearts. This isn't a guilt trip but rather a better painted thought of how we react when our hearts are demanding action. Hey I'm horrible about spouting off a blurb that shouldn't have gone public. Only to be embarrassed by it when someone rights what I wrote. You have the freedom to paint your thoughts onto the face of any social network. Be brilliant at it while knowing what you set free six months ago during a moment of rage, worry or doubt can be turned into a tool to bring light to those dark clouds above your next painted thought.
