George Harrison
Listen to "Concert For George" on Spreaker.
On November 29, 2002, Eric Clapton gathered George Harrison's closest friends to honor him with a concert at the Royal Albert Hall in London. Eric, Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, Tom Petty, Jeff Lynne, Billy Preston, Gary Brooker and George's son Dhani all played Harrison's most beloved songs. The show was emotional for all and everyone felt George's presence in the hall that night.
For the first time, every song from that night is being released digitally as well as on a 4-lp 180-gram audiophile collection with a special mandala design etched on side 8 and a 12" by 12" booklet.
This show features interviews with the artists who played that night as well as George Harrison.
It's Concert for George: All Access.
