"An incredible treasure trove of details and crucial information you never knew you needed. This book is a true gift to all fans of what is, arguably, the greatest series to ever grace the airwaves." -J.J. Abrams
Since its 1959 debut, The Twilight Zone has been an indelible part of the American cultural fabric and remains one of TV's most influential series. Assembled with the full cooperation of the Rod Serling estate, this fact-filled collectible includes biographies of every principal actor involved in the series, and detailed descriptions of the characters they played. The hundreds who toiled behind the scenes-producer, writers, and directors-enjoy a place of equal prominence. The Twilight Zone Encyclopedia is two books in one: an episode-by-episode guide and a compendium of credits, plot synopses, anecdotes, production details, never-before-seen images, and interviews with nearly everyone still alive who was associated with the show.
"Absolutely impossible to put down. With his well-earned reputation for thorough research, Steve Rubin has crafted a compendium that will be both useful and enjoyable for fans of The Twilight Zone and anyone who loves vintage television." -Leonard Maltin, New York Times bestselling author, historian, and film critic

Meticulously researched and endlessly entertaining, it's a veritable Everything You Wanted to Know About 'The Twilight Zone' but Were Afraid to Ask. You'll want to have the book close by next time you watch an episode of the Rod Serling classic on television." -Susan King, staff writer, Los Angeles Times, film and television historian

Paul Vigna
Listen to "Paul Vigna Anatomy Of The Walking Dead" on Spreaker.
The Walking Dead has been a hit sensation since it first aired in 2010, consistently dominating both network and cable television, and pulling in millions of viewers on a weekly basis. But the television program is so much more than stellar ratings numbers; it’s a fandom that spans the entire world, and includes everyone from celebrities like Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher, to NFL stars, and beyond.
One such super-fan is Paul Vigna, a reporter for The Wall Street Journal, who has written the definitive fan guide to this iconic television show. Part backstage pass, part love-letter to the show, and part zombie encyclopedia, GUTS: The Anatomy of The Walking Dead (Dey Street Books, on-sale 10/3/2017) is an in-depth look at the inner workings of a cultural phenomenon.
Vigna, who writes weekly recaps of The Walking Dead for The Wall Street Journal, takes his passion for the show and marries it to his background as a reporter. The result is a book replete with factoids about the show, interviews with cast members, producers, and other notables, as well as in depth analysis of the entire series to date.
Johnny Bananas
Listen to "Johnny Bananas From MTV's The Challenge" on Spreaker.
MTV’s most iconic franchise The Challenge is back with an all-new special event The Challenge: Champs vs. Stars. Hosted by WWE superstar and former challenge competitor, Mike “The Miz” Mizanin, Champs vs. Stars features ten of the fiercest champions from past Challenge seasons. The alumni go head-to-head against ten celebrity athletes and entertainers in challenge-style competitions to determine who will reign supreme. Winners will compete for a chance to take a share of the $150,000 cash prize to donate to their favorite charities.
Fans of the series will no doubt remember Johnny Bananas -- who can claim more victories than any player in the show's history. Love him or hate him, this six-time champion brings his strong, athletic abilities and dynamic sense of humor to every season in which he appears. Johnny Bananas hasn’t run in a final since he famously “stole” the prize purse from Sarah on The Challenge: Rivals III, leaving many to wonder if his days as king of The Challenge are over. According to Johnny, he's ready to take home a win on Champs vs. Stars to ensure the crown returns to where he believes it rightfully belongs.
Questioning To Get Better Answers
Listen to "Questions With Real Answers" on Spreaker.
I openly admit that I am a "Question" junkie. I love asking them. I love answering them. I'm deeply bothered by those who choose not to use one of the most valuable tools given to us around two years old. Nothing charges up my batteries quicker then watching a little human stick figure asking their parents questions at the grocery story. They've chosen that moment to learn something new. As adults most of us think we need answers. We've taught ourselves to reach out to these new fangled digital devices,"Alexa who won the 1972 World Series?" We're pretty much wasting a lot of precious time asking dumb questions or questions that truly don't help us build better foundations. None of us truly pretend to know it all but you'd be amazed at how much you truly do know. But you aren't activating it. Content is a chunk of gold in the right place at the right time. But if you aren't doing anything with the answer you've just received no wonder bosses and business owners look brighter then the employee. They got there by stepping away from what's comfortable and asking the right question.

Brooke Simpson
Listen to "rBeatz Music Update Brooke Simpson From NBC's The Voice" on Spreaker.
Not all creative people were designed with the mystical touch of always being available to collaborate with others. For Brooke Simpson it comes extremely easy because she's spent the majority of her life teaming up with others while on the road with her parents.
